Gentle hands-on approaches focused on the ability of the body to stabilize itself, to ensure it's own resilience. Facilitation of the healing process is done through minor adjustments with clear intention to level and balance.
We carry more from our ancestors and previous generations, than we usually expect. Acknowledging and therefore releasing the burden or the influences of own traumatic experience or the inherited family/ancestral patterns is in the center of the classical version of the approach.

What kind of environment does the workshop offer? Do I need to actually be in a relationship to join? Will it be necessary to disclose any details about myself? - these and other questions answered
Some of us encounter challenges that we would not even imagine recently. Others have not yet been directly exposed to major shocks, though high degree of uncertainty leads to the increase of habitual, everyday stress.
While looking for answers we may discover that what we are seeking is not available on the level of the mind: more and more we find cues in our body. In its rapidly shifting states, involuntary reactions, sense of absence or inability to feel anything even in a seemingly usual context. Subtle body responses as well as major somatic reactions are the keys for our understanding of ourselves. We may bring the desperately needed relief through working on the level of the body, too. Ignoring it, on the other hand, brings us back to where we don’t feel, can’t enjoy life, are unable to find simple pleasures in the day-to-day life.
Over the years, I focused on the theme of internal resources. Feeling supported, feeling capable of containing of what life is bringing, even if it sometimes seems overly intense or demanding. Being able to stay calm and feel safe.
With clients we work on processing the consequences of traumatic events. My practice is focused at helping to maintain internal balance, letting go of survival-based patterns that might dictate our behaviour. To assist the clients in return to a state of stability. Feeling safe in our own body – that is what brings us calm and presence. When it is missing, there’s little space left for development, and even extreme situations only give a sense of true living for short periods of time.

Big changes affect our lives heavily. Some of the events involve us and influence the quality of our lives on profound fundamental levels. Emotional blockages. Internal states related to loss and grief. Physical and non-physical symptoms. We gradually start to see that regaining resources is vital. Therapy can serve as a support tool to regain wholeness, internal stability and resilience, and to return to the state of openness to the world and to the other people.
In different periods I gave lectures, facilitated workshops and lengthy programs in open groups and for organizations on three continents - in Canada, Latin America and Russia.
Long-term internal resources management programs were my major project for several years.
From time to time I offer open workshops and seminars, study groups. .
The best way to know about the upcoming open events is to follow the corresponding section of this website.
Before starting private therapeutic practice, I ran my own business. I led projects in the field of human resources, consulting in city development and creation of territorial strategies. My biography includes both work on enterprise reorganization projects and holding major events with international participation.
Now I again work with organizations: I conduct seminars, lectures and training programs on work with internal resources for corporate managers and specialists.
In Russia, I created and facilitated several lengthy (up to two and a half months) training programs on work with internal resources for professionals in education sector, managers in banking, petrochemical, and energy sectors. In Latin America (Colombia), I led an internal resources management event for teachers and managers in education sector.
I am interested in working on corporate projects, partly because I am quite familiar with its features, the light and dark sides. Also, I am fully aware of the contribution thats resourceful states management and working with internal resources can provide for teams and specialists.

Looking deep into my “I”, peering into the contexts of my clients, I clearly understand that we all bear traces of the past, traumatic or favorable environment, events, situations.
In order to be able to help others, we need to have access to our own inner universe, at least to the possible extent.
For this reason, I have continued my own individual therapy for years.
Every day I pay attention to the practices of mindfulness, for more than 10 years I have been practicing yoga daily.
In addition to “professional” seminars and training programs to enhance skills in the application of specific therapeutic modalities, I attend events related to my own non-professional, personal development. In addition to satisfying obvious professional curiosity, these activities often complement my own therapeutic work.
