DESCRIPTION:The Path: Dealing With Challenges in Life\n\n\n\nOvercoming difficult circumstances is a common occurrence in many people’s lives. Sometimes the transition goes relatively smoothly\, in other situations we pay a high price for experiences that we would otherwise prefer to avoid. \n\n\n\nWorkshop’s purpose\n\n\n\nThe workshop focuses on integrating physical\, emotional end energetic components of situations with our own inner dispositions. To improve access to available resources\, better manage the difficult contexts in our lives. \n\n\n\nPotential results\n\n\n\n\nAbility to discern both positive and potentially negative tendencies in the way we respond. \n\n\n\nEasily access our own personal strategies\, broader outlook\n\n\n\nKnowledge of inner patterns: those that help achieve the desired result\, and those that act as an obstacle.\n\n\n\nBeing less affected by stress and negativity in the face of difficult circumstances\n\n\n\nBetter preparedness and understanding\n\n\n\n\nStructure\n\n\n\nCore parts of the event are based on the approach of Family and Systemic Constellations.  \n\n\n\nThe structure includes elements of Systemic Ritual practice\, a type of healing work based on Family/Systemic Constellations on one side\, and the research and practice of Shamanism on the other. Work with sound and voice will be used as a means of processing and integration.  \n\n\n\nLanguage of the workshop: English \n\n\n\nFor those who’s preferred language is French: it is not impossible to still join the event\, as most of the parts are experiential\, not verbal and we can try to make the conditions as favourable as possible: help with translation of difficult parts\, combine people who speak both English and French for the exercises if there will be enough bilingual participants. However the instructions will be mainly made in English\, as well as the sharing parts so that sufficient knowledge of language is important.  \n\n\n\nFor whom is this workshop?\n\n\n\nJoining the event does not require special skills. New date will be announced later. \n\n\n\nBoth parts of the event follow the methodology of Family and Systemic Constellations\, an approach introduced by german psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. \n\n\n\nSystemic and Family Constellations Workshop / starts at 5pm \n\n\n\nConstellation is a way to receive an answer to an existing personal question\, to see a disturbing situation differently\, to find a source of a symptom or illness\, or a conflict\, new or lasting for several generations.  \n\n\n\nClassic Systemic Constellations approach is based on the idea that an issue that client faces in his or her individual life might have the roots in the events of the family system of the client\, past or present. These issues could be settled effectively through this type of work.  \n\n\n\nRequests for systemic work vary from physical or mental symptoms to rather minor but for some reason significant issues. \n\n\n\n Resources Lab / starts at 2pm \n\n\n\nSometimes we say: “I become angry just like my father”\, “oh\, you smile like your grandmother!”. May the history of your ancestors influence the state of yours today? The resources that we have: emotional\, mental\, physical\, could they be connected to the past? Is it possible to detach the burden of family and ancestral luggage from what we consider our personality? \n\n\n\nThrough joint work\, and practice of Constellations\, it will become visible. DESCRIPTION:Constellation is a way to receive an answer to an exciting personal question\, to see a disturbing situation differently\, to find a source of a symptom or illness\, or a conflict\, new or lasting for several generations.  \n\n\n\nClassic systemic constellations approach is based on the idea that an issue that client faces in his or her individual life might have the roots in the events of the family system of the client\, past or present. These issues might be effectively settled through this type of work. \n\n\n\nFrom constellations point of view\, we all carry some kind of luggage of the past\, and not just ours\, but our “systemic” luggage – the stories that are not resolved in a particular generation\, say\, by our ancestors\, would pass to the descendants and may involve us\, sometimes in a very specific way. The approach gives means to properly resolve such systemic issues. \n\n\n\nRequests for systemic work vary from physical or mental symptoms to rather minor but for some reason significant issues\, such as attitudes to people or situations that otherwise would not have reasonable explanation. Constellation allows to take a fresh look at the familiar\, well-established picture of the conflict or symptom\, it gives access to an opportunity to see a movement interrupted in the past\, to create a space for the free flow of life. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDate/Time: Saturday 15 Feb 2020   2pm – 5pm \n\n\n\nDepending on the amount of requests there might be space for 2 constellations or 1. DESCRIPTION:Unfortunately\, I have to cancel the event due to sickness.  \n\n\n\nWe begin to hear before we are born. Baby hears his mother singing earlier than the ability to understand the speech develops. A person retains this deep memory of hearing and connecting to sound and singing\, to the vibration of voice\, throughout the whole individual life.  \n\n\n\nVoice work is a powerful medium that could be used to address the subconscious layers of self. \n\n\n\nWork with the voice can help realign the structure of individuality and support the ability to keep resilience in heavy circumstances. From the spiritual\, shamanic perspective\, voice can also be used to invite back those parts that’s been split from one’s soul during certain dramatic event or moment in life. A powerful addition to individual therapy\, it also connects us to the mysterious field of traditional rituals. \n\n\n\nThe workshop is addressed to everyone interested in exploring the field of self development as well as to the practitioners in multiple fields of therapy and healing. \n\n\n\nWorkshop contains a sequence of exercises done by participants individually\, and in mini-groups. It provides an opportunity to take several steps along the path leading to greater internal stability\, emotional balance and clearer view of the world. Voice practices do not require special skills.
