It is appropriate to contrapose internal balance to intense stimulation. Yes, we can do a very difficult job if we stimulate ourselves quite intensively. But will it bring joy such as if we do the same with pleasure and “from the depths of ourselves”?

As many people notice, in a balanced state even difficult, unusual circumstances do not significantly affect an individual.
Clinical practice indicates that an acute symptom is most often an indicator of the lack of balance in one of the structures that maintain individual development, growth or daily well-being. By structures, I mean the organic systems of the human body, and everything that relates to the connections of the individual with the outside world: attitudes towards others, emotional reactions, behavioural patterns.
Looking at others, or observing ourselves, we may sometimes be surprised, how strongly and not always adequately a person who has lost internal balance can react even to an insignificant event or change.
My work is focused on restoring balance, rather than on “struggling” or “counteracting” negative factors or symptoms.
