This event will allow us to see how we engage, participate, and strive to achieve results in conflict-ridden, uncertain environments. It will help us understand the dynamics behind our desire to take sides, win, and be right.

Today, the world seems to have remembered that many things can be resolved without further thought, through pressure, confrontation, and cunning. Past illusions of consensus have vanished, agreements are ignored, centers of power are shifting and force is demonstrated directly, through threats or attacks.

Are we able to remain true to ourselves, to make decisions that are best for us and our loved ones, when familiar reference points fade or become devalued? As the future loses certainty and becomes increasingly unpredictable, perhaps we need to ask these questions more often.

Potential gains

• Better separate the solutions belonging to the past from the challenges of today. Clarify how family history influences our actions in conflict situations
• See our relationships with groups and communities more clearly
• Stop confusing our own personal choices with externally imposed ways of seeing
• Better ground ourselves, find a foundation for developing our own strategy even in emotionally charged situations
• See nuances where black and white is often preferred

I also see how the well-established contact may create confidence that allows to look deeper into the heavy contexts within ourselves, the contexts where we wouldn’t like to approach with a person that we cannot fully trust. This subtle matter of deeper confidence helps change the communication from purely professional service somewhere closer to more individual presence and empathy.

The line of work may include sessions of Systemic and Family Constellations, CranioSacral Therapy and Integrative Bodywork, other Body-oriented Methods. Tools that belong to the approaches oriented on work with Stress Regulation and Resolution of Trauma are also in use. The palette of methods is wide, and solutions within each session may vary, though they all follow one common logic.

Like building a new home for an individual soul, in harmony and trust within. While dealing with manifestations of stress, we seek for the ways to regulate the nervous system back to the optimum and to learn to calm down the unpleasant responses. When working with trauma, we approach our own individual experiences, and also we make steps to reprocess the outcomes of transgenerational trauma: traces of the events of our parents lives or the lives of our earlier ancestors.

The sessions are done online or in-person in the studio in Mile End in Montreal.

Integrative Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy

Due to the situation with COVID-19, the studio routine is more calm than in previous months, though you can still book a CranioSacral Therapy Session, or a session of Integrative Bodywork. We need support especially in the context of actual limitations and restrictions. Considering the circumstances our bodies do require more resources for balance and restoration. 

Weekly bodywork sessions are available as well.

You may receive a Constellation in the office in an individual setting, though also please consider an online work.

I provide therapeutic sessions online. Whatever is the request: the stress-related problem, seemingly post-traumatic effect, physical symptom or an issue manifested in relations with other people, the available internal resources of the client is the key component of the work. We work to widen the access to resources, restore the presence in the moment, develop autonomy and balance of everyday life.
