Most of the challenges we face share some common features. Problems, symptoms, difficulties, and successes indicate not only our own personality, but also our place in the systems to which we belong: family, groups, communities and even culture or society. Bodies carry our personal memories and the traces of experiences of previous generations. Traumatic episodes, our own and those of our ancestors, influence our choices.
Explorative Sessions
For this type of sessions I use various techniques that I know. Together we choose the approach or the combination of means.
- Resonance-based practices, such as those experienced in Family and Systemic Constellations
- Traditions of various cultures, and also mixed techniques. E.g. the Systemic Ritual approach: a combination of elements of Systemic Family Constellations with shamanic practices
- Somatic, body oriented techniques
- Approaches used in work with extreme stress
- Setting that helps maintain a sense of safety during meetings.
The Process
We start from the client’s request.
The basis for the request may be extremely specific or quite vague. From excessive stress in interactions with a spouse or child to recurring episodes related to business. From unprocessed losses to the feeling of lack of presence, low energy levels or absence of joy in life.
We don’t limit ourselves to a specific technique. Work can be conducted using various methods.
One session can pave the way for a radical rethinking of a problem, and sometimes lead to its solution.
Potential Results
Better quality of life and a sense of fulfillment
Ability to rely on oneself when it matters most
Ease in seeking and receiving support from others, the world, and spirit
Release from traumatic traces. A lighter and more practical approach to situations and tasks.
The ability to see the whole. The choice to live your best life.
Key Features of the Work
- Safety and predictability
- Clarity, mutual trust and responsible attitude
- We discuss every action that could cause discomfort prior to performing it
- Confidentiality: nothing discussed goes beyond the meeting space
Timing and Setting
Sessions Duration: 70 minutes. The work takes place in a fully equipped studio, one-on-one.
