We’re being told:
you need to slow down,
you need to take care of yourself,
be mindful.
But how do you do this in practice?
What sequence of steps is needed to return into the body and feel at ease in the company of yourself and other people?
Conscious management of states
During our meetings, we’ll make the necessary steps. We’ll build a framework in which you’ll learn the specific language essential to understand your body, its needs and challenges. Its behaviour, limitations, scripts, and patterns associated with habits, past traumas, and coping strategies. You’ll learn to manage yourself consciously.
What will change?
There is a gradual transition from automatic, habitual mechanisms of coping to more balanced, less internally expensive skills.
You develop the ability to listen to yourself and your true needs.
You begin to understand the internal limitations and strengths of your way of living. There are some things you decide to change, you find good ways to interact with others.
Working with internal resources is non-violent: we don’t force ourselves to act in a certain way. Rather, we find keys to circumstances, improve contact with our inner self and its paths, and better understand what we really need.
Work format
A one-on-one setting. You will need a device with internet access. A location private enough to minimize outside influences and interruptions.
Sessions are practical: we process existing situations using various techniques available and find suitable solutions.
