The body remembers. Even when we forget.

Situations that were too difficult for us – from traumatic impacts to problems that seemed not to threaten our lives or health, but affected us at a moment of vulnerability, fatigue, or caught us not fully prepared.

We feel like we’ve left those moments behind, but suddenly, in a situation with a loved one, at work, or among friends, we notice that we’re not fully present, or feel limited, or react too quickly and too sharply. It’s as if something has accumulated inside us, depriving us of stability, a sense of support, or emotional flexibility.

Features of the Approach

Careful, mindful processing gradually releases excess tension, uncertainty, or the need to be on guard. Emotionally charged experiences are no longer so overwhelming and no longer impact daily life so strongly. The state gradually comes into balance, the range of emotional reactions expands, it becomes easier to rejoice and, if appropriate, feel upset or angry. Emotions no longer become “stuck” but accompany life’s events “in the moment.”

The body becomes an ally.

Somatic Techniques + Elements of Systemic Constellations

In addition to the techniques for working with one’s own experiences and feelings imprinted in the body, the work draws on somatic resonance inherent in systemic constellations. This allows us to identify and process the experiences and sensations we have inherited from our family and ancestral contexts.

The collaborative work between practitioner and client is based on dialogue. A caring and mindful gradual release of the content of our self, which is not always easy to access.

The quality of life without his wonderful help would have been much lower. When you heal from past, you gain extra capacity to achieve important results for your present and future, and this is one of the most precious effects of his work.

Timing and Setting

Sessions are 70 minutes long. The client needs a place with possibly no distractions by external noise or other people’s presence. It’s best to participate in sitting position, lying down on a sofa or bed should be avoided during sessions.

Preferred option for a communication device to use during sessions would be something with a relatively large screen (tablet or computer), however joining from a smartphone is quite possible, too. You will receive a link to enter the session to the email address you provide at the time of booking. The system allows to check the quality of communication, sound and video at any time before the session.

Client – Therapist Relations

Session is a safe space to deal with all sorts of experiences including difficult or what is seen as clearly negative. The process requires trust between client and therapist and does not rely on any kind of pressure. Relations are necessarily open and transparent. Every step has to be accepted by both sides.

Disclaimer
