Fears and Doubts: these are our guests in a wide variety of situations.
Sometimes they help, but more often they hinder us from achieving our plans, and we would like to get rid of them. Our past as well as the past of our family and culture can speak to us in the language of the unconscious.
What is ours, and what do we carry for others? What do we need to see to be able to let go of what prevents us from acting openly and see a good solution for ourselves?
Workshop goals
During the workshop, we can work with both recurring circumstances or events and with specific situations of the participants – those that evoke doubts, fears, make us avoid making choices, or prompt us to choose something obviously unsuccessful or disadvantageous.
Structure of the event
This event is based on Family/Systemic Constellations methodology.
Participants have a chance to address their cases, individual situations or issues, in group setting. If many people will request working on their cases, the sequence of works will be determined by lottery.
During the workshop, we will have short breaks and a longer break, large enough for a cup of tea and a snack.
