I am particularly interested in the field of internal resources of a person.

Mechanisms of empathy, interactions with significant others, events, meetings, successes and failures affect our state. In some cases, we lose resources quickly, we become tired. In other moments of our lives we, on the contrary, seem to be full with energy in seemingly similar contexts.

Understanding the internal structure, the logic of resource processes, one can better see own strengths and weaknesses. What do we do when we lose resources? What do we do to restore integrity? Understanding the internal ecology can help us to free ourselves from sustainable patterns that lead to a loss of balance. to restore clarity and desire to live and experience life fully.

Sometimes we might need support to regain calm, confident state. We feel that the inner child in ourselves is disconnected, isolated. It feels like becoming very “adult”, rejecting anything that doubts our “adulthood”, all that is related to childish joy or playful attitude. Such a case is unfortunately usual though the effort to regain the ability to respond fully to what life is bringing to us pays off instantly. 

I conduct seminars and lengthy programs focused on exploring this inspiring field. In Russia, I carried out several long term courses for corporate managers in internal resources work. In Latin America, facilitated a seminar on work with internal resources for teachers and specialists of schools. Several online programs have also been dedicated to the subject.

Individual Work

In an individual format, in person or online, I offer short sessions of integration of internal resources available.

Within an hour we balance and improve your condition, whatever is the cause of the internal discord. Whether it is excitement before an important event, or stress during the business project implementation, or the frustration of not understanding a loved one.

Short internal resources sessions are done face to face or online, and combine exercises to restore balance through proper work with the body, regulating breath, movements and energy flow, with elements of coaching.

In this type of work there is no physical contact between client and a helping practitioner.

Short Resource Sessions Online

You will need a video connection, such as Zoom or Skype.

Your process:

  • During the session, you return to the balanced state that is available for you. You receive a certain level of stability. The effect can be surprisingly deep. After the session, you feel different.

What do I do:

  • Understand what’s happening to you, or where are you directing most of your resources.
  • Offer from 2 to 4 exercises that match your case and allow you to return to yourself right here and right now. We do exercises together.
  • Give you some tips regarding your situation. I explain, what do I see: what interferes, and what might help you. You can take advantage of the tips or just absorb the effect of the exercises.

Exercises that we will use will be selected for your particular case and you can use them later.
