The winter is here with the cold. We are dealing with the content of this unpredictable year: the pandemic and its restrictions, changes of the daily routine, uncertainty and losses. Freezing temperatures are adding one more stressor to the amount that is already far above the regular.

What’s New: November

Due to the situation with COVID-19, the studio routine is more calm than in previous months, though you can still book a CranioSacral Therapy Session, or a session of Integrative Bodywork. We need support especially in the context of actual limitations and restrictions. Considering the circumstances our bodies do require more resources for balance and restoration.
